I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nouvelle-Frontiere, and I found the experience to be both convenient and memorable. Upon arrival, the young women at the front desk were exceptionally accommodating, assisting my husband and me with special arrangements for our elderly disabled dog. They managed to secure us a lovely room on the lower floor despite their busy schedule, which we appreciated greatly. The culinary aspect of our stay truly stood out. Breakfast, included with our stay, showcased a range of innovative dishes that highlighted local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the poached pears paired with a rich yogurt-an unexpected yet delightful combination. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a meal while gazing at the surrounding landscapes. Nouvelle-Frontiere offered an enjoyable experience, particularly for those who appreciate fine cuisine paired with a charming atmosphere.
